Dr. Cody Roberts originally came to Red Bluff in 2019 to serve as our Youth Minister, but the church was led to call him as our Pastor in November, 2021. A native of Winfield, Alabama, Cody earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama, Huntsville, as well as his Master of Divinity and a Ph.D. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Cody, along with his wife Becky, their daughter Lily, and bird dog Mable, reside here in Folsom. In his spare time, Cody enjoys reading, hunting, gardening, training service dogs, and spending time with his family.

Originally from Natchez, Mississippi, Bro. Ed was called as Associate Pastor, Music for Red Bluff in 2013. In December of 2021, he began serving as Youth Minister as well. Ed earned a B.S. in Music Education from Louisiana Tech University and attended New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to his sweetheart Melissa since 1995, and they have two adult sons, Nicholas and Samuel. Ed's hobbies include working on his property, untangling poorly stored extension cords, light video editing, and enjoying Cajun and Creole foods his doctors tell him to avoid.

Mrs. Cindy grew up just southeast of Lake Charles in Creole, LA. She has been an integral part of Red Bluff for many years. Cindy is wife to Ray Core and mother to Willie and Ryan. She took on the role of Children's Director in 2025. When she's not ministering to our kiddos and their families, Cindy can be found at various ballparks, football fields, and courts cheering on her grandsons.

Kathy, a native of New Orleans, has served as Red Bluff's Ministry Assistant since 2015. She and her husband Lou have two adult children, Tim and Arielle. Kathy is a black belt in karate who enjoys listening to Elvis sing, watching classic movies, sewing, and thinking of horses.
