NOTES
If I don't get God right...
- I will worship the wrong "god" (idolatry). (Exodus 32:1-4)
When I get God "wrong"...- I will make a "god" out of my wants and desires (Colossians 3:5)
- I will mislead the hearts of my children and grandchildren (Exodus 32:2, 2 Kings 17:7-17)
- I will become like the "god" I worship (2 Kings 17:15)
- I will never know the one, true God (intimacy). (Isaiah 43:7, 21)
- God made you to reflect His glory through intimacy with Him. (Isaiah 40:28-31)
- Settle for nothing less than an encounter with the God of glory. (Exodus 33:18-20, Jeremiah 2:11-13)
